Vigor
The Vigor is a bendable wearable mouse designed to function according to the gestures detected by the movement of the tendons and muscles in the hand. It helps to reduce time from moving hand between mouse and keyboard, thus increasing work efficiency and maintaining focus in task. On top of that, the Bluetooth music control panel brings the using experience to another level
Video observation was being done on target doing normal task with existing setups and tools, then discover issues during the process.
After the observations, I discovered several issues. Short headphone cable, fatigue and a constant moving of hand between mouse and keyboard due to specific task of the target. In this project, I am going to focus on solving the problem of frequently moving hand.
Then we collected Anthropometric Data of the target’s hand in order to fully understand how the hand works and how we can apply human factors into the design.
